Report and Thanks

Thank you all who came to the event.  I hope you were rewarded with a good challenge and some wonderful sights, sounds and smells at Paskapoo.  Special thanks to Marion for vetting, Justine for map printing and Vital for picking up the controls.

We had 17 participants on the advanced course and 12 on the intermediate, including one bike rider and one backpack rider!  The fastest times on the advanced course were 40 to 45 minutes - well done!

Update (Tuesday September 23)

We will meet at the EAST end of the area, in the parking off Sarcee Trail (see map).  The advanced course will have parts of the map blanked out on some legs, with just the area around the control showing.  The intermediate course will be a regular map.

Course distances: Both courses are 4.7km, with cut-offs allowing you to do 3.5km or 2.5km.

Make sure to RSVP for a map.

What to bring:

watch, $2 for a map, water, leg covering if you don't want to get scratched, compass, map bag
