Sprint Training - Peg-O

Come join us for a fun, fast-paced sprint training exercise! This exercise is great for lots of people, so the more the merrier!

Mass start. First half of runners will get a peg (or flagging of some sort) and must complete a longer fork, joining back up with others shortly. The exercise keeps all runners within close proximity, demanding concentration and quick decision making. A great opportunity to run in some fast, flat, urban terrain, similar to the sprint competition terrain.

Meeting Spot - Parking closest to "The Eddy" (Just south of the intake parking, immediately after turning off Nisutilin Dr)

**Note, option to change time if something interesting is going on for Canada Day. Please sign up if you're interested so that I can contact you if the time changes. Sign-up is also required to get the right number of "pegs" out on course.

$5 per map. Family max $15.
