2015 Planning Meeting
November 2nd 2014 2:15pm - 5:00pm
Our Technical Director Jane Rowland has booked Sunday 2 November 2014, 2:15pm to 5pm at the Brentwood Coop community room for a gathering of any and all club members.
As a club we want to determine what orienteering activities our club members (that's you) would like to see in 2015 and how the membership can contribute to making these events happen.
Club members have already been encouraged to attend the AOA retreat in November (7th to 9th in Alix) and we would like to go to that event with ideas backed by the whole membership. The intent of our meeting on 2 November is to layout the orienteering calendar for 2015.
Also, we will look forward to 2016, 2017 and beyond to establish if there are any major events we would like to undertake, for these events to succeed we need to have sufficient membership volunteerism and enthusiasm along with qualified officials.
