Map: Nose Hill North (1:10,000)

Join us to celebrate Orienteering with an adventure at Nose Hill Park!

Never tried orienteering before?

No problem. Just come to the registration table and we will help you. After some paperwork for waivers, one of our friendly volunteers will explain the activity and give you some tips.

You can walk or run in the park, using a map to find checkpoints. It’s like a treasure hunt (without the treasure). You can participate alone or with your friends and family. We ill have courses of different lengths and difficulty so everyone can enjoy it!

No experience necessary. Family, kids & dog friendly.

For this night, the map is only a Toonie and includes the cost of a day membership!

For regular club members :

Four courses will be on offer: beginner, novice, intermediate and advanced.

Pricing

  • Tonight's special: $2.00 per map!
  • SOGO spring 2020 or fall 2019 participants are free!

Please volunteer; this special night draws more participants and we need more help!

No volunteer experience needed. Please sign up (on the right) to help with registration, timing, or control pick up. We will make sure you have a chance to race as well. Thank You!

Please sign up for courses and/or volunteering on this page as early as possible so we know how many maps to print. We will have a few extras for people who don't sign up beforehand.
