Ski Orienteering- Canmore Nordic Centre with Foothills Nordic Ski Club and FWOC members

What: Ski Orienteering at the Canmore Nordic centre. Meet in front of the Main Lodge (snow side)
When: Saturday December 14th Starts from 1:00 to 2:00, finish by 3:00
Who: Adults & JDP members welcome
Course: Score course 60mins
Requirements: Bring cross-country skis (classic or skate). Participants will need a day pass (or season pass) for the Nordic Centre, available at the desk in the main lodge.

Cost: $2 per map. Please let me know by Wednesday December 11th if you plan on attending so we can print the correct number of maps
We will need a few volunteers in order to run this event!

Here is a link to a rudimentary map holder for ski-orienteering. It's nothing fancy, but it works really well and you likely have the supplies for this lying around your house! Much easier than trying to get your map in and out of your pocket with gloves and poles on!
