This clinic is for members who are interested in volunteering to help with Registration at our Wednesday night meets. We'll cover how to set up registration and what supplies are needed, sign-up for newcomers, and frequently asked questions.
Every week we need 2-3 volunteers to help with registration in addition to the event organizer. It's a simple task that anyone can do! It's especially important for keeping track of participants and ensuring new members have a positive experience. After attending this clinic you'll be more than ready to take on the registration desk with an experienced club member.
Helping at the registration desk is a great way to help out if you're not an advanced orienteer!
Time: Clinic will start at 19:00. Drinks, snacks and socializing at 19:45.
Location: Brentwood Co-op Community Room (Find the door to downstairs near the olive stand)
