We will meet at Market Mall and do some sprint-type training on the Varanger Park map, which some of our juniors made.  Check back here for more details early next week.

UPDATE #2: We will meet at 4 Varanger Place, not Market Mall

Course will be 4 loops of around 1.0 to 1.5 km each.  Do as many as you like in any order.


This week’s TNT (training) will be on the Varanger Park map on Wednesday February 4th.

Time 6pm - 8pm

HELP: I am organising the event, but would like some help checking people-in/out after 7pm. This would suit someone who can run earlier (like 6pm or even earlier if you like) and who doesn’t mind staying until 8pm. Please let me know if you can help.

Meet at 4 Varanger Place Market Mall inside the West Entrance at the seating between Shopper’s Drug Mart/The Source.

What to bring:

make sure you have your annual club membership for 2015

  • a twoonie
  • shoes suitable for pavement which may be icy
  • headlamp/reflective clothing
