TNT - Lakeview Toques & Training series

TNT on Wednesday, November 18th will be in the neighbourhoods of Lakeview and North Glenmore. The courses are on sidewalks and pathways, with long (up to 1.2k) legs interspersed with short direction-change legs and lots of route choice
One 6.2k course and one 4.3k course with lots of shortcuts if you want a shorter course.
