Running Workout #2 Training

We will be starting the warm-up right at 18:30 so if you need to get changed or want to hear a detailed explanation of the workout in advance we recommend you be there at 18:15. This is a 10 week program but you can always drop in on a once or twice basis for a fee of $7.00 per workout. You can register for the entire program here.
Details
Warm-up: Group jog to Confederation Park.
Main workout: Hill intervals traversing the park (this will involve a map as well as running through the snow so bring a compass, a light, and appropriate footwear).
Post workout: Group cool down jog back to the meeting location and stretching for those that want it (weather dependent)
