Running Workout #5 Training

We will be starting the warm-up right at 18:30 so if you need to get changed or want to hear a detailed explanation of the workout in advance we recommend you be there at 18:15. This is a 10 week program but you can always drop in on a once or twice basis for a fee of $7.00 per workout.
NOTE: we will be meeting at the West end of the Calgary Winter Club Parking lot just north of John Laurie and 14th
Details
Warm-up: Group jog from Calgary Winter Club to main workout location
Main workout: 3-6 Hill Intervals at Nose Hill (no map this week)
Post workout: Group cool down jog and stretching for those that want it
