Running Workout #6 Training

We will be starting the warm-up right at 18:30 so if you need to get changed or want to hear a detailed explanation of the workout in advance we recommend you be there at 18:15. This is a 10 week program but you can always drop in on a once or twice basis for a fee of $7.00 per workout.
Details
Warm-up: 10-15 group jog finishing with 'strides' focusing on good form
Main workout: 400m and 800m intervals with SI punching around a mock track marked out by SI units in Canmore Park.
Post workout: Group cool down jog and stretching for those that want it
